If the goods are damaged in transit or faulty, please inform us using the Contact Us page within 7 days and we will replace them free of charge.
We may ask you to return them to us, in which case we wil refund your postage costs.

How long does it take for my purchase to be delivered to me?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Courier. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your goods.

Skyblue will collect and recycle your old large electrical appliance when you buy a new one - just ask our sales team at the time of ordering. For all other electrical items; You can take all your other waste electrical goods for recycling to your local council site (and avoid damaging the environment and the potential harmful effects on health) to find more information on WEEE recycling, and locate your local recycling centre, visit

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.

Under the Waste Battery Regulations, Skyblue are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries so you can return your waste batteries to our business premises at Unit A3 Prow Park, Treloggan Industrial Estate, Newquay, Cornwall TR7 2SX in person (PLEASE DO NOT POST).
